Return Policy

RST strives for our customers full satisfaction.  If for some reason any product needs to be returned.  The following is RST return policy:

  • Customer must request RMA# (return material authorization) prior to returning product.
  • No product can be returned after 60 days unless it is a warranty issue.
  • Items returned will incur a 20% restocking fee unless ordered incorrect product and will be ordering correct product.  Customer will only be responsible for freight charges.
  • All special orders and non-stock items cannot be returned.
  • All products must be returned in the original packaging and must be in as-new condition.
  • We must be notified within 2 working days of receipt of all damaged packages.
  • Refunds can only be issued to the original credit card purchased on.
  • Products that are refused will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus any freight charges for the return of the package.
  • RST is not responsible for any products returned without RMA#.
  • RST will not accept any returned products arriving broken.
  • Any merchandise shipped in error will corrected at RST expense.
